Job Description
Kriss Kross is seeking a motivated and customer-oriented Sales Assistant to serve as the first point of contact for our guests at our skating rink. In this pivotal role, you will be responsible for delivering an exceptional ticketing and retail experience while ensuring outstanding service throughout.
Key Responsibilities:
- Warmly and professionally greet customers.
- Verify signed waivers for all skaters.
- Process admissions and retail sales efficiently.
- Respond accurately to customer inquiries.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization in the sales area.
Requirements: Strong communication skills, prior customer service experience preferred, basic math skills.
