Job Title: Sales Associate

Salary: ₦250,00 – ₦275,00 monthly

Employment Type: Full-time

Job Summary

We are seeking a proactive and results-driven Sales Associate to support our sales operations and drive revenue growth. The ideal candidate will engage customers, identify sales opportunities, and consistently deliver excellent customer experiences while meeting sales targets.

Key Responsibilities

  • Engage prospective and existing customers to understand their needs and recommend suitable products or services
  • Drive sales by converting leads, upselling, and cross-selling where appropriate
  • Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, sales activities, and pipeline updates
  • Meet or exceed assigned sales targets and performance metrics
  • Follow up with customers to ensure satisfaction and encourage repeat business
  • Collaborate with internal teams (marketing, operations, customer support) to improve sales outcomes
  • Stay informed about product offerings, pricing, and market trends

Requirements & Qualifications

  • Minimum of 2–3 years experience in sales, or a related role
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
  • Proven ability to meet or exceed sales targets
  • Customer-focused mindset with strong problem-solving skills
  • Basic proficiency in CRM tools, spreadsheets, or sales tracking systems
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Experience in B2B or B2C sales
  • Familiarity with digital sales tools or online selling platforms

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₦250,00.00 – ₦275,00.00 per month
