Job Description

We are seeking a dynamic and goal-oriented Sales Associate to enhance customer acquisition, promote loan products, and foster strong relationships with clients.
Key Responsibilities:
- Identify and onboard new clients for loan and savings products.
- Promote microfinance solutions to individuals and small businesses.
- Conduct client assessments and credit evaluations.
- Ensure adherence to internal guidelines and regulatory compliance.
Qualifications: HND/B.Sc. in a relevant field, a minimum of 2 years of sales experience in microfinance or financial services, and excellent communication skills are required.
