Job Description
Responsible for the daily store operations and supervise a team of store sales associates to ensure smooth operations.
Provide excellent customer service and maintain a pleasant shopping environment consistent with our brand image.
Ensure visual merchandising and housekeeping are kept to company standard.
Establish regular contacts with existing and potential customers, maintain a healthy customer relationship, keep customers informed on new products or services, changes, etc.
Maintain a high standard of personal and team members grooming & appropriate conduct.
Manage inventory and company assets, recommend to the Sales Lead, requisitions of inventory.
Work closely with the Sales Lead on sales activity and be part of store events.
Constantly provide constructive feedback to the management on various aspects.
Proactively give suggestions to drive store traffic and activities.
