PLEASE NOTE THAT WE ARE LOCATED IN IKEJA, LAGOS. PROXIMITY TO THE LOCATION IS ESSENTIAL

As our Store Attendant/Sales Assistant, you will be responsible for providing excellent customer service, assisting customers with their inquiries, and ensuring a positive shopping experience.

Key Responsibilities:

• Customer Service:
• Greet customers as they enter the store and assist them in finding products.
• Respond to customer inquiries, provide information about products, and offer assistance.
• Handle customer complaints or concerns in a professional manner and escalate issues as needed.
• Sales:
• Actively promote and sell products to meet sales targets.
• Provide product recommendations based on customer needs.
• Upsell or cross-sell products to maximize sales opportunities.
• Cash Handling:
• Process customer transactions accurately using cash registers or point-of-sale systems.
• Handle cash, credit cards, and other forms of payment securely.
• Stocking and Merchandising:
• Replenish stock on the sales floor and ensure products are properly displayed.
• Maintain organized and visually appealing merchandise displays.
• Monitor inventory levels and communicate restocking needs to management.
• Store Maintenance:
• Keep the store clean, tidy, and well-organized.
• Perform routine cleaning tasks, including dusting, sweeping, and restocking.
• Opening and Closing Duties:
• Assist with opening and closing procedures, including cash register reconciliation.
• Secure the store at the end of the day.

Qualifications:

• Minimum of High school certificate.
• Previous retail or customer service experience is a plus.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Basic math skills for handling transactions.
• Ability to handle customer concerns and complaints professionally.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Salary: ₦40,00.00 – ₦50,00.00 per month
