Job Description

Beauty Hut Africa seeks a full-time Sales Assistant to deliver excellent customer service, drive sales, and maintain an attractive, well-organized store. Core duties include greeting and advising customers, demonstrating and upselling skincare products, processing POS transactions, and achieving sales targets. The role requires strong product knowledge, restocking and inventory checks, managing returns and pickups, monitoring expiries, supporting opening and closing procedures, and organizing the backroom.

Candidates will build lasting customer relationships, handle inquiries via phone and WhatsApp, promote loyalty programs, and conduct post-purchase follow-up.
