Job Description
TGM Travels is excited to announce an opening for a dedicated and customer-oriented Sales and Ticketing Officer. We are looking for candidates with 2–3 years of experience in travel sales and ticketing. In this role, you will be responsible for managing ticketing operations, overseeing reservations, and providing exceptional customer service to drive sales growth.
Key Responsibilities: Offer precise flight information, utilize GDS systems for ticketing, manage reservations and refunds, ensure regulatory compliance, and contribute to reaching sales objectives.
Qualifications: A Bachelor’s degree in a related field, proven ticketing experience, proficiency in GDS, excellent communication skills, and strong problem-solving capabilities.
Location: Lagos (Required). Job Type: Full-time. Salary: ₦175,00.00 – ₦230,00.00 per month.
