Job Responsibilities:

  • Understand all the prospects needs, problems or wants
  • Explain how our solutions align with their pain points
  • Build strong customer relationships to ensure they are satisfied and long-lasting customers
  • Achieve sales targets
  • Maintain client database and records
  • Resolve customer complaints and provide solutions via team effort
  • Keep up to date with the best practices and trends in the industry
  • Running of our reception
  • Admin support to CEO

Job Requirements:

  • Familiarity with CRM trends and practices
  • High proficiency and knowledge of Microsoft Office
  • 3 years prior sales and operation experience
  • Good and fluent communication skills
  • Time management and organizational skills
  • Accuracy and attention to details
  • Good customer relationship management skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment

Job Type: Full-time

Salary: ₦120,00.00 – ₦150,00.00 per month
