Job Description
Road Mechanisms Limited invites applications for a full-time, permanent Sales and Marketing Manager to lead the sales team, drive revenue growth, and enhance brand loyalty. The successful candidate will develop and execute sales strategies, train and motivate staff, monitor performance and inventory, and cultivate relationships with walk-in, fleet, and corporate clients. Responsibilities include oversight of product knowledge (oils, batteries, tires, detailing, diagnostics), preparation of sales reports, and coordination of in-store promotions, digital marketing, social media, events, advertising, and branding. Ensure accurate sales posting and inventory counts. New graduates are welcome. Salary: ₦65,00–₦160,00 per month. Expected start date: December 1, 2025. Application deadline: November 27, 2025.
