Job Description
Road Mechanisms Limited seeks a results-driven Sales & Marketing Manager to lead our team, drive revenue growth, and enhance customer loyalty. This full-time, permanent role is open to new graduates and requires oversight of sales strategy, staff supervision and training, daily performance and inventory monitoring, and accurate sales posting.
Key responsibilities:
- Develop and execute sales and marketing plans; launch and promote products.
- Manage advertising, social media, in-store promotions, events, and roadshows.
- Build relationships with walk-in customers, fleet operators, and corporate clients.
- Prepare weekly reports and conduct regular inventory counts.
Compensation: ₦65,00–₦160,00/month. Expected start date: 01/12/2025.
