Job Description

We are currently seeking dynamic and result-oriented Sales and Marketing Executives to join our team. As a Sales and Marketing Executive, you will be responsible for developing and implementing effective sales strategies, building client relationships, and achieving sales targets.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Identify and engage potential customers to generate leads and convert them into successful sales.
  • Create and deliver persuasive presentations and sales proposals to clients.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing clients and ensure their needs are met.
  • Keep abreast of market trends, competitor activities, and industry developments.
  • Analyze sales data, evaluate sales performance, and recommend improvements.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in sales and marketing, preferably in a similar role.
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
  • Strong customer service orientation and ability to build rapport with clients.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Proficiency in using CRM software and other sales tools.
