Job Description
- Coordinate efforts to maintain good relationships with partners, customers, and stakeholders to drive sales and increase revenue.
- Drive strategic partnerships, from conceptualization to engaging partners, especially informally.
Generate leads and ensure retention. Ascertain customers’ wants or needs and recommend, select, and offer help to meet their needs and desires.
- Manage client relationships strategically by anticipating needs in alignment with company goals.
Collaborating with internal marketing, outside partners, and third-party agencies to develop comprehensive digital and promotional plans.
- Present sales, revenue, and expenses reports and realistic forecasts to the management team.
Represent the company at conferences, meetings, exhibitions, and other special events.
