Job Description
1. Develop and implement sales and marketing strategies to drive real estate sales and increase market share.
2. Conduct market research and analysis to identify trends, customer needs, and competitive landscape.
3. Generate leads, manage client relationships, and negotiate sales contracts.
4. Collaborate with the marketing team to create effective promotional materials, advertising campaigns, and online marketing initiatives.
5. Coordinate and participate in property viewings, open houses, and other sales events for the company.
6. Provide exceptional customer service and maintain a high level of professionalism in all interactions.
