Job Description
Optiva Capital Partners is actively seeking a driven Sales Trainee/Executive Trainee to cultivate and strengthen business relationships. This role involves fieldwork aimed at reaching high-net-worth individuals through diverse communication strategies. Your essential responsibility will be to present our services and facilitate connections between potential clients and our engagement team for effective conversion.
Key responsibilities include conducting daily sales calls, participating in product training sessions, submitting weekly client profiles, and fostering relationships for referrals. Candidates must hold a NYSC discharge certificate, be between the ages of 21-35, and ideally possess a minimum of one year of relevant work experience.
