Job Description
Mode Lagos Concept is actively seeking a dedicated Sales and Customer Support Representative to enhance our team. This position involves engaging with customers to process orders, address inquiries, and deliver exceptional support.
Key Responsibilities:
- Respond promptly to customer inquiries on multiple platforms.
- Effectively resolve customer complaints.
- Maintain in-depth product knowledge for accurate information dissemination.
- Accurately process customer orders.
- Document customer interactions meticulously.
- Demonstrate a positive and professional demeanor at all times.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree with a minimum of 2 years of relevant experience.
- Must reside in or near Yaba, Lagos.
- Fluent in English and comfortable using digital tools.
- Willingness to work on weekends and holidays.
This is a full-time position offering a monthly salary of ₦100,00.
