Job Description
We are currently seeking a highly motivated and experienced Sales and Customer Relations Officer to join our team. As a Sales and Customer Relations Officer, your main responsibility will be to generate new leads, cultivate relationships with existing customers, and drive sales growth for our company.
You will handle the entire sales process, from prospecting and conducting sales presentations to negotiating contracts and closing deals. You will also be responsible for maintaining positive relationships with customers, addressing their inquiries and concerns, and providing exceptional customer service.
To excel in this role, you should have strong communication and interpersonal skills, as well as a persuasive and proactive attitude. You must be able to work independently, meet sales targets, and adapt to a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
Requirements:
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in sales or customer relations
- Proven track record of achieving sales targets
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills
- Strong customer-oriented mindset
- Ability to build and maintain relationships with customers
- Proficient in using CRM software and MS Office
- Bachelor’s degree in Business or related field (preferred)
