Job Description
Position Overview:
As a Sales Agent for our laundry service, you will play a crucial role in expanding our customer base and driving revenue growth. You will be responsible for identifying and acquiring new business opportunities, building lasting relationships with clients, and promoting our laundry services to a diverse range of customers.
You must live within Lagos, Ajah Axis.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Prospecting and Lead Generation:
– Identify and target potential customers through market research, networking, and outreach.
– Generate and qualify leads to build a robust sales pipeline.
2. Customer Acquisition:
– Conduct sales presentations and product demonstrations to showcase the benefits of our laundry services.
– Work closely with potential clients to understand their specific needs and tailor solutions accordingly.
– Negotiate and finalize contracts, ensuring a smooth onboarding process for new customers.
3. Relationship Building:
– Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with existing clients to ensure customer satisfaction and retention.
– Act as the primary point of contact for client inquiries, concerns, and requests.
4. Sales Reporting and Goal Achievement:
– Prepare regular sales reports outlining achievements, challenges, and future strategies.
– Work towards and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets.
Qualifications:
– Proven experience in sales, preferably in the service industry.
– Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
– Strong negotiation and presentation abilities.
– Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team.
– Knowledge of laundry services or related industries is a plus.
