Job Description
Are you passionate about automobiles? Do you have a knack for selling? We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Sales Advisor to join our team at Catilas Resources Limited. As a Sales Advisor (Automobiles), you will be responsible for building relationships with customers, understanding their needs, and providing them with excellent service and guidance throughout the sales process.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and maintain a thorough knowledge of our automobile products, features, and benefits
- Proactively approach potential customers at our dealership or through cold calling and networking
- Identify and understand customer needs and preferences, and recommend suitable automobile options
- Assist customers with test drives and demonstrations of automobiles
- Negotiate and close sales deals, ensuring customer satisfaction and meeting sales targets
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and competitive offerings
- Handle customer inquiries and provide prompt and accurate information
- Maintain sales records and prepare reports on sales activities
- Collaborate with the sales team and other departments to ensure a seamless customer experience
- Provide after-sales support and assistance to customers as needed
Requirements:
- Previous experience in automobile sales or a similar role
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong negotiation and closing skills
- Ability to build and maintain relationships with customers
- Knowledge of automobile products, features, and benefits
- Ability to work well in a team environment
- Good understanding of market trends and customer preferences
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Proficiency in MS Office and CRM software
