The ideal candidate should possess experience in crafting a diverse range of salads and excel in a high-energy work environment. Key responsibilities include the preparation of fresh salads, washing and chopping vegetables, and designing new salad recipes that fit seamlessly with our health-focused menu. A minimum of one year of food service experience is essential, as well as a degree in Food Science or a related discipline. Applicants must demonstrate a strong understanding of nutritious ingredients, dressings, and salad pairings, along with excellent communication and teamwork abilities.
