Job Description
We are currently seeking a highly skilled and experienced ROV Supervisor to join our team at Oceaneering. As an ROV Supervisor, you will be responsible for managing and supervising remotely operated vehicle (ROV) projects, ensuring their successful completion within the specified timelines and budget.
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee the daily operation of ROV projects, ensuring all activities comply with safety regulations and company protocols.
- Coordinate with project managers, engineers, and clients to define project objectives and deliverable requirements.
- Supervise ROV crews, providing guidance and support to ensure efficient and effective project execution.
- Perform equipment inspections, troubleshoot technical issues, and ensure all equipment is well-maintained.
- Prepare project reports, including progress updates, technical findings, and recommendations for improvement.
Requirements:
- Minimum of 5 years of experience as an ROV Technician with at least 2 years in a supervisory role.
- Extensive knowledge of ROV systems, equipment, and operations.
- Strong leadership and communication skills.
- Ability to work in challenging offshore environments and adapt to changing project requirements.
- Valid ROV Pilot Technician certification is preferred.
