Job Description
We are currently seeking a highly skilled and experienced ROV Senior Pilot Technician to join our team at Oceaneering. As a ROV Senior Pilot Technician, you will be responsible for operating remotely operated vehicles (ROVs) to perform various tasks, including maintenance, inspection, and repair of underwater structures and equipment.
In this position, you will be required to have extensive knowledge of ROV systems, electronics, and mechanical equipment. You will be expected to operate and maneuver the ROVs with precision, ensuring the successful completion of projects in a safe and efficient manner.
Key responsibilities:
- Operate ROVs to conduct tasks such as video inspections, equipment installation, and repairs
- Maintain and troubleshoot ROV systems, ensuring they are in optimal condition
- Assist in the planning and execution of underwater projects
- Provide technical expertise and support to team members
Qualifications:
- Minimum of 5 years of experience as a ROV Pilot Technician
- Hold a valid ROV pilot technician certification
- Strong understanding of ROV systems, electronics, and mechanical equipment
- Proficient in troubleshooting and repairing ROV systems
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
