Job Description

We are currently looking for an experienced Round Table Facilitator to lead organized discussions and enhance collaborative decision-making among diverse groups. The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication and facilitation skills, capable of engaging participants and fostering a respectful and inclusive atmosphere.

The Round Table Facilitator will be tasked with preparing meeting agendas, guiding discussions, and ensuring that every participant’s voice is acknowledged. Previous experience in conflict resolution and understanding group dynamics is highly desirable.
