Job Description
We seek an experienced Rig Supervisor II to lead onshore and offshore drilling operations. You will supervise crews, enforce HSE and company procedures, plan daily activities, coordinate maintenance and logistics, monitor rig performance, and report to the Operations Manager. The role requires decisive leadership, practical knowledge of rig systems, strong communication, and capability to manage emergencies and hands‑on problem solving.
- Minimum extensive field experience in drilling operations
- Certifications required: BOSIET, well control, and other relevant credentials
