Job Description
As a Rewards Manager, you will play a vital role in designing and implementing an effective rewards strategy for our company. Your main responsibility will be to develop and manage comprehensive rewards programs to attract, motivate, and retain talented employees.
You will closely collaborate with the HR team and senior leadership to ensure that our compensation and benefits packages align with industry trends and best practices. You will also conduct regular research and analysis to evaluate the competitiveness of our rewards programs and make recommendations for improvement.
In addition, you will be responsible for managing the annual performance review process, including setting up performance metrics, conducting evaluations, and recommending appropriate rewards and recognition for high-performing employees.
To excel in this role, you must have a strong understanding of compensation and benefits principles, excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, and the ability to communicate effectively with stakeholders at all levels of the organization. Previous experience in rewards management or a related field is preferred.
