Job Description

The Revenue Assurance Manager will lead efforts to detect and prevent revenue leakage across billing and operational systems. Key duties include designing and implementing controls, conducting reconciliations and audits, analyzing data to identify anomalies, executing corrective actions, and working closely with finance, IT, and commercial teams to protect revenue integrity.

• Minimum 5 years’ experience in revenue assurance or billing operations
• Proficient in SQL and Excel; knowledge of billing/OSS/BSS
• Strong analytical, leadership, and communication skills
• Detail-oriented with a process-driven approach
