Job Description
We are seeking a detail-oriented and experienced Retail Store Supervisor to join our team. As a Retail Store Supervisor, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of our retail store, including managing staff, ensuring customer satisfaction, and maximizing sales.
Your main tasks will include:
- Supervising and training retail staff to provide excellent customer service
- Monitoring and maintaining inventory levels
- Ensuring the store is visually appealing and well-stocked
- Managing cash register operations
- Handling customer complaints and resolving issues in a professional manner
The ideal candidate will have previous supervisory experience in a retail environment, with strong leadership and communication skills. A keen eye for detail and a customer-centric mindset are also essential. Proficiency in using retail point-of-sale systems and managing inventory is preferred.
