Job Description:
Our client, West Africa Vocational Education (WAVE), is seeking a dynamic and enthusiastic Sales Representative to join our team. As a Sales Rep, you will play a crucial role in promoting and selling our exquisite range of luxury men’s wears and accessories. Interested candidates must be passionate about fashion, possess excellent sales skills, and are eager to be part of a thriving luxury retail brand.
Responsibilities:
- Engage with customers in a friendly and professional manner, providing exceptional service.
- Build and maintain strong customer relationships to foster repeat business and brand loyalty.
- Collaborate with team members to ensure a seamless and positive shopping experience for customers.
- Handle customer inquiries, resolve issues, and provide after-sales support as needed.
- Maintain accurate records of sales transactions and contribute to inventory management.
Requirements:
- Minimum of HND
- Proven experience in retail sales, particularly in the luxury fashion industry.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to connect with diverse customers.
- Basic knowledge of inventory management and point-of-sale systems.
- Excellent organizational and time-management skills.
