Job Description
eRecruiter Africa is seeking an experienced Retail Manager for a retail client located in Lekki, Lagos. The ideal candidate will oversee daily operations, drive sales growth, and enhance customer experiences.
Salary: ₦200,00 – ₦250,00 Net per month
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement effective sales strategies.
- Recruit, train, and develop a high-performing team.
- Manage inventory levels and optimize stock organization.
- Resolve customer complaints swiftly and effectively.
