Job Description
We are seeking a motivated Retail Sales Executive to increase store sales and consistently deliver excellent customer service. Duties include greeting customers, recommending products, maintaining visual displays, processing transactions, and meeting monthly sales targets. You will collaborate with the store team to execute promotions, manage inventory, and prepare sales reports.
- Requirements: minimum 1 year retail or customer-facing experience, strong communication and persuasive selling skills, basic math and POS proficiency, and a positive, team-oriented attitude.
- Availability must be flexible, including weekends and holidays. Competitive pay, commission, and on-the-job training provided.
