Job Description
The position of Retail Sales Assistant offers a great opportunity to join our dynamic team and contribute to our store’s success. As a Retail Sales Assistant, you will be responsible for providing excellent customer service, promoting and selling our products, and maintaining a clean and organized store environment. Key Responsibilities:
- Assist customers in finding products and provide product information
- Process customer transactions accurately and efficiently
- Maintain stock levels and ensure products are displayed attractively
- Handle customer inquiries, concerns, and complaints in a professional manner
- Collaborate with team members to achieve sales targets
Requirements:
- Prior retail sales experience is preferred
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
- Flexible availability, including weekends and holidays
