Job Description

Workpedia Africa Ltd is seeking a dedicated Retail Sales Staff specializing in pharmaceutical sales to provide superior customer service. You will assist clients in selecting and purchasing pharmaceutical and health products, requiring a deep understanding of over-the-counter (OTC) medications, health products, and exceptional customer service practices. Compliance with regulatory guidelines is essential.

Qualifications and Experience:

• High school diploma or equivalent; health sciences certification is a plus.
• Previous experience in pharmaceutical sales or a retail pharmacy setting is preferred.
• Basic understanding of pharmaceutical regulations.
• Familiarity with POS systems and transaction handling.
