Job Description
SENCE Limited is seeking an experienced Retail Pharmacy Manager to oversee multi-outlet operations across pharmacies, supermarkets, and FMCG stores. This is a full-time position offering ₦300,00–₦350,00 per month.
- Qualifications: 3–4 years of retail management experience, strong leadership, and demonstrated success in driving operational excellence across locations.
- Key responsibilities: manage daily pharmacy operations; coach and evaluate staff to meet sales and service targets; implement inventory controls, expiry tracking, and loss prevention; ensure SOP and health regulation compliance; analyze sales and inventory data; and lead operational improvements to increase performance and profitability.
