Job Description
Nef Food Market Limited is on the lookout for a skilled Retail Operations Lead to join our dynamic team in Lagos. The successful candidate will showcase expertise in inventory management, customer service, and team coordination within a fast-paced retail environment. Key responsibilities include supervising the fulfillment of customer orders, managing stock levels, and mentoring junior staff members. Strong communication and leadership abilities are crucial, as is proficiency in Google Sheets and POS systems.
Qualified candidates should possess 2-5 years of experience in retail or FMCG, ideally residing near Lekki-Aja. Availability to work Monday through Saturday is essential.
