Job Summary
Retail Office Associates provide exceptional sales support, handle customer inquiries, process orders accurately, and maintain a customer-friendly showroom. Minimum Qualification: OND. Entry-level with 1 year experience.
Job Description/Requirements
- Process orders, payments, and deliveries.
- Respond to customer queries courteously.
- Assist with showroom displays to uphold company standards.
Requirements:
- Minimum educational level: OND
- 1 year customer service experience
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Knowledge of Ms-Office
