Job Description
The Building Company seeks a Retail Network Development Manager to expand our independent retailer network across Southern Africa. The role will lead market research, competitive mapping, retailer database development, merchandising design, project delivery, and market and financial analysis. You will manage stakeholder engagement, negotiate leases, support franchise development, and ensure cost-effective, sustainable growth for retailers and future franchisees.
- Requirements: Grade 12 and a bachelor’s degree in business, real estate, or a related field.
- Experience: Minimum 5 years in retail development or project management within the retail sector.
- Responsibilities: strategic insights, value-driven execution, and adherence to company values.
