Job Description
Our client, Fadac Resources, is a private sector leading Tier 1 Microfinance Bank seeking a Retail Marketing Officer to join their dynamic team.
Job Location: Lekki, Lagos.
Responsibilities:
- Engage with customers to understand their financial needs and offer appropriate solutions.
- Assist in account management, loans, and banking products.
- Educate customers on financial products and digital platforms.
- Process transactions accurately while adhering to regulations.
- Resolve customer inquiries and complaints professionally.
- Collaborate to achieve branch targets.
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of banking products and regulations.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance or related field preferred.
- 1-3 years experience in retail marketing or financial services.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Knowledge of banking products, regulations, and compliance standards.
- Proficiency in banking software and digital platforms.
