Job Description
Kennedy Consulting is looking for a motivated Retail First Level Technical Assistance Centre Engineer to deliver first-level off-site technical support for all ipNX services, including Internet, Voice, and Connected Home/Office solutions. The ideal candidate will ensure customer satisfaction by effectively managing incidents and providing timely resolutions.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage incidents and service requests, ensuring they are resolved in a timely manner.
- Proactively monitor network elements and troubleshoot issues within service level agreements (SLAs).
- Maintain clear communication with clients regarding updates and resolutions.
Qualifications:
- B.Sc/B.Eng in relevant fields; CCNA and CCNP certifications are preferred.
- Experience in IP network operations with strong problem-solving skills.
