Job Description

The Restaurant supervisor will be crucial in overseeing day-to-day operations and leading the front-line staff, ensuring a positive customer dining experience.
Job Responsibilities:
- Supervise daily restaurant operations
- Ensure exceptional guest experiences
- Monitor inventory and order supplies
- Implement and monitor staff compliance with the restaurant’s standards of operations
- Assist in developing and monitoring the scheduling of restaurant staff ensuring adequate staffing levels during peak hours
- Handle customer inquiries and concerns promptly and professionally with emotional intelligence
- Ensure high standards of food quality and service are maintained
- Implement and monitor staff compliance with the restaurant’s health and safety guidelines
- Oversee and ensure accuracy in cash handling and deliver cash reports appropriately
- Train and mentor staff
Requirements:
- HND / B.Sc. with 2 – 3 years of work experience in a supervisory role in a Quick Service Restaurant (QSR)
- Strong interpersonal and customer service skills
- Understanding of restaurant operations, food safety, and staff scheduling
- Good problem-solving and decision-making abilities
- A degree in Hospitality Management or a related field is an advantage
