Job Description
We are currently seeking a dedicated and experienced Restaurant Supervisor to join our team. As a Restaurant Supervisor, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our restaurant, ensuring excellent customer service, and maintaining high-quality standards.
Responsibilities:
- Manage and coordinate the activities of restaurant staff, including training, scheduling, and supervision.
- Ensure efficient and smooth operations by monitoring inventory, ordering supplies, and maintaining equipment.
- Address customer concerns and complaints promptly and professionally.
- Implement and enforce health and safety guidelines, as well as industry best practices.
- Assist in developing and implementing marketing strategies to attract and retain customers.
Qualifications:
- Previous experience in a supervisory role within the restaurant industry.
- Strong leadership skills and the ability to effectively communicate and motivate a team.
- Knowledge of food safety and hygiene regulations.
- Excellent customer service and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
