Job Description
As a Restaurant Purchasing Officer, you will oversee procurement of food, beverage, and operational supplies, negotiate with vendors, and ensure timely, cost‑effective deliveries while upholding quality and safety standards.
- Monitor inventory, place and track orders, and coordinate with kitchen and management.
- Maintain supplier records and implement cost‑control measures through effective sourcing and negotiation.
- Collaborate to resolve supply issues and optimize inventory systems.
Qualifications: Minimum 2 years’ experience in food and beverage purchasing, strong negotiation and communication skills, proficiency in Excel, attention to detail, and knowledge of food safety and inventory systems.
