Job Description

We are a thriving culinary brand in Lekki, Lagos, seeking a capable Operations Manager to oversee daily restaurant activities, streamline service delivery, and drive operational excellence.

  • Manage daily operations, inventory, staff training, quality control, and customer service recovery.
  • Develop and implement operational systems, ensure compliance with food safety and company policies, and optimize costs.
  • Provide leadership, performance monitoring, and collaborate on budgeting and scheduling.

Requirements: HND/B.Sc. in Business or Hospitality, minimum 3 years in operations (food/hospitality preferred), strong leadership and organizational skills, proficiency in Microsoft Office, and ability to perform under pressure. Full-time. Salary ₦200,00–₦350,00/month.
