Job Description
We are seeking a dynamic Restaurant Manager to oversee the daily operations of our fast-paced establishment. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing staff, ensuring exceptional customer service, maintaining food quality and hygiene standards, and driving revenue growth.
Key Responsibilities include supervising daily operations, planning and delegating tasks, ensuring compliance, handling customer complaints, motivating team members, monitoring inventory and costs, tracking sales performance, and training staff to achieve operational goals.
Requirements for this position include a degree in Hospitality or a related field, 3-5 years of relevant experience, strong leadership and communication skills, sound financial management abilities, a customer-focused approach, and a proven track record of team management.
