Job Description
Our client, Reubenson Resources and Consults, a reputable Restaurant/Cafe, is on the lookout for a Manager who will be responsible for overseeing the accounting and operations of their organization.
Position: RESTAURANT MANAGER
Company: REUBENSON RESOURCES AND CONSULTS
Location: Ago Palace, Lagos
Pay: ₦80,00.00 – ₦90,00.00 per month
Qualification: HND/B.Sc in Accounting or any other relevant course
Duties:
- Overseeing and communicating with all departments within the company to provide them with financial information and directives they need to do their jobs.
- Reviewing financial statements to ensure they are accurate, using the QuickBooks accounting software to keep track of accounts.
- Preparing reports such as profit and loss statements, cash flow analyses, or balance sheets.
- Creating budgets and monitoring expenditures to ensure adherence to established budgets.
- Preparing payroll for all employees.
- Working closely with executive management to formulate long-term financial planning strategies for the company.
- Reviewing financial statements from banks.
- Preparing reports and analyses that help managers make important business decisions, such as evaluating the performance of specific departments or identifying new business opportunities.
- Participating in monthly, quarterly, and annual audits.
Requirements:
- 2 years proven experience in the same or similar position with a recorded success.
- In-depth knowledge of QuickBook Accounting software.
- Proximity to the job location.
