We are seeking a dynamic, results-driven Restaurant Manager for our QSR to lead operations and business development. The successful candidate will develop strategies to increase market share and revenue, identify and close new business opportunities, and cultivate client and partner relationships.

• Oversee daily restaurant operations: staff management, customer service, food quality, budgets, inventory, and compliance.
• Lead sales and marketing initiatives, analyze market trends, and report performance metrics.
• Train and develop team members; ensure a safe, clean working environment.

Qualifications: Minimum 4 years in business and restaurant management, strong leadership, negotiation skills, CRM proficiency, and knowledge of industry best practices.

Full-time • Salary: ₦150,00–₦200,00 per month.
