Job Description

Firewood Rice Nigeria is seeking an experienced Restaurant Manager to oversee all restaurant activities ensuring smooth operations. The ideal candidate will ensure compliance with health, safety, and legal regulations, implement standard operating procedures, and manage both staff and inventory effectively.

Responsibilities include recruiting and training staff, scheduling shifts, conducting performance reviews, and delivering exceptional customer service while managing the restaurant’s budget. The Restaurant Manager will also analyze sales reports, lead marketing efforts, and develop strategies to enhance customer retention.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₦150,00.00 – ₦200,00.00 per month
