Job Description
West Africa Vocational Education (WAVE) is inviting applications for the position of Restaurant Floor Manager in the hospitality industry. We are looking for a dedicated individual to oversee daily operations and ensure an exceptional dining experience for our guests in Ikoyi.
SALARY: ₦250,00.00 per month
Responsibilities include:
- Overseeing daily front-of-house operations
- Supervising and training staff
- Coordinating reservations and seating
- Addressing customer inquiries and complaints
- Maintaining cleanliness and safety standards
Requirements: Proven experience in a similar role, strong leadership skills, and excellent customer service abilities.
