Job Description
We are seeking a full-time Lead for Maintenance and Safety to oversee facilities across outlets. You will develop preventive maintenance schedules for equipment, HVAC, plumbing, electrical systems, and kitchen appliances; conduct inspections; coordinate repairs; and manage vendors, contracts, and regulatory compliance (health, safety, fire, environmental). The role includes training staff on safety procedures, controlling the facilities budget, monitoring utilities and cost-saving measures, responding to emergencies, and supporting refurbishments and new outlet setups.
Compensation: ₦120,00–₦150,00 per month. Location: In person.
