Job Description
We are looking for a highly organized and dynamic Restaurant Manager to lead the daily operations at Amala 360 Degrees Limited. In this role, you will be responsible for leading our team to provide exceptional customer service, uphold food quality standards, and foster a welcoming environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee daily operations and ensure quality service.
- Guide staff to create outstanding guest experiences.
- Maintain compliance with health and safety regulations.
- Monitor food quality and enhance customer satisfaction.
- Assist with staff scheduling and manage inventory.
Qualifications: 2-3 years of experience in restaurant management, strong leadership abilities, excellent communication skills, familiarity with POS systems, and a willingness to work flexible shifts.
