Job Description
Global Rainbow Limited is seeking an experienced Restaurant & Bar Manager to lead daily operations at our Surulere venue. The successful candidate will supervise restaurant and bar service, coordinate kitchen and front-of-house teams, manage staff schedules, training, and performance, monitor inventory and minimize waste, and ensure strict standards of cleanliness, hygiene, and food & beverage compliance. You will drive promotional initiatives to boost sales, handle guest concerns professionally, and prepare routine sales and operational reports.
- Requirements: proven restaurant/bar management experience; strong leadership and communication; ability to multitask under pressure; organized and customer-focused.
- Full-time, permanent; immediate resumption. Salary: ₦150,00–₦180,00/month. Minimum 2 years as a Lounge Manager.
