Job Description

We are seeking an experienced Assistant Operations Manager to support Front of House and Back of House operations, ensuring seamless service and outstanding guest experiences. Duties include supervising waitstaff, bar staff, hosts and kitchen teams; coordinating service flow, reservations and order accuracy; enforcing hygiene, safety and SOPs; managing opening/closing checklists, inventory and equipment upkeep; and acting for the Operations Manager when required.
Requirements: 2–4 years in restaurant or hotel operations, proven leadership, strong communication and multitasking skills, customer-service focus, problem-solving ability, and availability for evenings, weekends and holidays. Salary: 220,00+.
